But don't just take our word for it. Listed below are the external accreditations we have been awarded:

ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management systems. In addition to quality assurance of products, it also aims to enhance customer satisfaction.

ISO 20252 (MRQSA) is the international Standard specific to market research. It includes the executive responsibilities, data collection and data processing activities, together with quality assurance requirements.

MRS Company Partnership Scheme We were the first UK Market Research Company to sign up to the rigours of this Market Research Society code. With the increasing importance of self-regulation, we wanted to be at the forefront of supporting the ethics and quality of our industry by applying the professional code to our entire organisation.

ISO 27001 We are currently working towards the International Information Security Standard.
