If we have called you and you wish to prevent any further calls, please email telephone@ipsos-mori.com providing your contact telephone number. Please note in order to do this we will need to store your number on a database to ensure we can exclude your number on future studies. The database will not be disclosed to any third party, nor will it be used for any other purpose.
Requests will normally be processed within one working day, but on occasion it can take two working days to process.

If we have contacted you via email, there will be an opt out link or email address contained in your email invitation. If there is no link supplied or if you are continuing to receive emails from us, please contact compliance@ipsos-mori.com providing details of the email you received.
If you are a panel member, please contact panelsupport@ipsos.com and we can answer any queries you may have.
In Person
If we have approached you at your home (or perhaps in the street, in a store or on public transport) to take part in an interview and you have further queries then please contact us by emailing ukfieldsupportteam@ipsos-mori.com and we can handle your request. Please include the date/time that we contacted you and the address/street name where you were contacted to help us process your request quickly.
