London in 2008

Download a summary of some of Ipsos MORI's in-depth analysis on the 'inbox' of London's new Mayor, Boris Johnson.

Based on 41,000 interviews for the London Boroughs' and seven years of tracking data in the Annual London survey it highlights both the pride that Londoners have in their city and their concerns about crime, health services and congestion.

We also look at the gap that seems to be opening up between inner and outer London, in terms of quality of life and rating of public services: councils and hospitals in outer London are now worse rated than in the centre.
