Nation-Wide Survey On Perceptions Of Transport

Wednesday 22 November 2000

Research shows that lowering the cost of public transport is the public's main transport priority.

  • MORI interviewed a representative quota sample of 2,003 adults aged 18+ nationwide throughout Great Britain.
  • Fieldwork was conducted face-to-face between 22 June - 24 July 2000.
  • Data were weighted to match the profile of the population.
  • Where results do not sum to 100, this is due to computer rounding.
  • An asterisk (*) represents a value of less than one half of one percent, but not zero.
