On behalf of Transport for London, Ipsos MORI conducted a telephone survey on the subject of Emissions Related Congestion Charging between 5 September to 1 October 2007. Interviews were conducted with 3,620 adults aged 16+ across London. Data was weighted to the profile of London's adults.
