Our office in the Centre of the City of Manchester houses a closely knit team of 6 Researchers, all of whom live in the Greater Manchester area. Our lives and work in the area give us insight and understanding into the issues facing communities in Greater Manchester and the North of England. Many of the team have been with Ipsos MORI North since inception in 2000, and are experienced in the wider Ipsos MORI Research methods – placing us at the leading edge of qualitative and quantitative techniques.

Working across the Ipsos MORI network means we are able to offer a wide base of specialist research expertise – in both public and private sectors – providing tailored solutions for local, national and global research needs.

As a company, we are constantly striving to improve how we do things. The research team are part of specialist networks like the Participation Unit,  Research Methods Unit, Qualitative Hothouse, and Social Marketing Unit. that focus on research methods and enable us to offer your global expertise and advice.

We are also committed to supporting local business, and have established relationships with local suppliers, such as printers and data processors. All our suppliers adhere to our quality standards. We make use of suppliers to ensure surveys reflect our locality where this is relevant, for example for residents’ surveys. Our use of local suppliers also means that business generated within Greater Manchester is retained in the area.
