Our Clients

We work with service managers, policy officers and researchers in government, in other public sector bodies, NGOs and in the Third Sector. We also work with communications and HR professionals in the private sector on stakeholder, employee research and planning.

Much of our work is for the Scottish Government in a wide range of policy areas including education, environment, equalities, health and housing.

We conduct research for local authorities across Scotland such as the City of Edinburgh Council, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Glasgow City Council, the Highland Council, Perth & Kinross Council and Scottish Borders Council.

Other public sector and not-for-profit organisations we have worked with recently include Audit Scotland, Consumer Focus Scotland, Glasgow Housing Association, the RSPB, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, the Scottish Funding Council, the Scottish Legal Aid Board, SportScotland and VisitScotland.

We conduct stakeholder and employee research for a range of private sector businesses such as Atkins, ASCO, Diageo Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Life.

For projects requiring specialist knowledge of particular areas, we often collaborate with academic experts. Most recently, we have worked with researchers from the University of Edinburgh, the University of Glasgow, the University of Stirling and the University of Strathclyde.
