Kent County Council (KCC) commissioned Ipsos MORI to host deliberative events to engage residents across the county in the budgetary process. Ipsos MORI has conducted such qualitative research on behalf of KCC since 2005, usually at the beginning of a budget consultation in order that findings from the workshop are fed into wider and more formal consultation on the coming year’s budget.
