Employee Relationship Management Action Planning

The main goal of employee research is to elicit feedback, and a failure to act on feedback can have negative consequences. However, whilst most organisations recognise the value of conducting employee research, many fail to obtain maximum value from it.

We know action planning is an integral part of the research process and our role is to help clients optimise their research learnings.

We provide differing approaches to achieve this, including:

Best Practice Training Sessions

We design workshops for those responsible for managing research actions that are best conducted as soon as possible after the results are available. The workshops educate managers on how to:

  • interpret and analyse the survey findings;
  • feedback survey findings to employees;
  • work with employees to develop and implement action plans.

Facilitating Discussions

In some circumstances, specific groups of employees or poor performing areas require particular support. Through diagnostic and resolution-orientated moderated discussion we are able to explore the reasons behind the feedback to enable actions to be progressed.

Interactive Workshops

One of the vital ingredients of successful action planning is generating ideas in response to the issues identified in the research. These interactive workshops work with employees to:

  • engage employees in the survey process by valuing their input;
  • generate solutions to address problem areas;
  • employee and stakeholder evaluation of solution ideas.
