Our Reputation Framework

Building a more resilient reputation

Our aim is straightforward: to help you build a more resilient reputation through stronger relationships with people that matter to your organisation.

Organisations have a clear choice - leave their reputation to chance or actively manage it. The Ipsos MORI Reputation Framework is an aid to reputation management. It illuminates the relationship between the building blocks of an organisation's reputation, and the issues and stakeholder groups surrounding it.

  1. Are the building blocks of your reputation aligned? There are four at the core of an organisation's reputation - behaviour, values, strategy and communications. When these are effective and aligned, you are well placed to build and maintain a strong reputation.

  2. What are the issues facing your organisation? The external and internal issues that organisations can face are many and diverse - but it is how you deal with them that that will shape your reputation.

  3. Who are your key stakeholders? The behaviour and perceptions of stakeholders - such as customers, employees and the media - determine an organisation's success.
