eSociety

eSociety research is designed to understand the impact of the new communication technologies and provide insight into how eGovernment and eCommerce can better respond and provide for the demands of the ever growing population of ‘online citizens’.

Since 2000, Ipsos MORI has established itself as the leading eSociety and eGovernment research agency in the UK. Our team works closely with local councils, central government, public sector bodies, and private companies to provide common sense analysis on the transformational government agenda. We have carried out pioneering work for the e-citizen national project, and in the last couple of years have worked with, among others, UK online centres, the Statistics Commission, the ONS, the Teacher’s Learning Academy, the Improvement and Development Agency, the Joint Information Systems Committee, and the Metropolitan Police.
