Delivering National Policy

Our research measures the impact of government reforms on key performance measures such as choice, waiting times, GP access and practice based commissioning.  At a national level we conduct some of the biggest surveys ever for Government clients, including the Department of Health, through the GP Patient Survey. At a national level our health research includes the Public Perceptions of the NHS tracker and the National Patient Choice Survey.

Audiences for our research are equally diverse, including the general public, patients, NHS staff and stakeholders
