Ipsos MORI Direct Services is aimed at clients who do not require full service or branded research solutions but who do require fast, cost-effective access to fieldwork and data output. Direct Services clients are likely to be either those who are research savvy and have the means to analyse data in-house without the need for specialist researchers to be involved, or those who have limited budgets but who still require field and tab style research to help them make better business decisions.

The Direct Services teams are experts in research methodologies and are uniquely placed to work with clients from all industry sectors to provide them with the facts and figures they need. As they cover face to face field, telephone, onlinepostal and omnibus, they have no vested interest in pushing clients towards one particular method, they can help steer clients to the most appropriate survey vehicle to reach their clients’ needs.
